Our most mentionable recent transaction was the sale of 148 IHOP restaurants with Argonne Capital and FMS Management Systems Inc. We have also sold several regional concepts around the United States most recently the Spaghetti Warehouse casual dining chain and Freebirds World Burrito fast casual chain.
